Help us change lives at Exact Sciences, a company that helps prevent, detect, and guide treatment for cancer. We're looking for a Commercial CX Analytics Intern to support our commercial analytics team and design A/B tests, report on customer experience initiatives, and visualize results.
Requirements
- Query and analyze data to provide insights into customer experience performance, preparing regular reports and presentations summarizing findings.
- Support the development and enhancement of Tableau dashboards for optimal user experience.
- Design and evaluate customer experience A/B tests to improve operational metrics and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and generate insights for improvement.
- Display effective communication skills to convey analysis results and recommendations to the customer experience and analytics teams.
- Support the development of user guides and documentation for dashboards to assist in user inquiries and dashboard troubleshooting.
