Director, Corporate Development

We are inviting applications for the position of Corporate Development Director, responsible for supporting the execution of inorganic growth and acquisition activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong capabilities in developing detailed financial models, interfacing with various functions, and coordinating and communicating effectively.

Requirements

• Approximately 5 years' experience in Investment Banking, Consulting, Accounting, Financial Planning, Strategic Planning, Corporate Development
• Exceptional financial modeling and valuation skills with solid attention to detail
• Strong execution experience with acquisitions specifically with due diligence and integration processes
• Ability to communicate with all levels of management including senior executives
• Flexibility with schedule to meet project timing requirements
• Highly motivated individual with the ability to work independently/remotely
• Experience with acquisitions in the technology industry is valued
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting/Finance, Engineering, or related technical field
• MBA and/or CPA/CFA Certification is a plus
