Job Description
Excelitas is a global technology leader seeking a Senior Fabrication Process Engineer to sustain and improve fabrication processes in single-point diamond turning for production optics manufacturing.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field (Physics, Optics, etc.)
- 10+ years of optical component fabrication experience
- Proficiency with SolidWorks or other CAD software
- Proficiency with SPC
- Experience with optical alignment and bonding
- Experience with structured problem-solving tools (8D, DMAIC, RC/CA)
