Excelya is seeking a talented AI & Analytics Product Manager to join their R&D team. This role involves defining the product roadmap, collecting user needs, and ensuring the alignment between requirements and capabilities. Requirements
- 3+ years in complex analytics or AI/ML project environments.
- Proven experience in the pharmaceutical industry, ideally in regulated R&D domains.
- Familiarity with R&D processes: preclinical research, clinical trials, pharmacovigilance, portfolio management.
- Strong background in advanced analytics and AI/ML project management.
- Knowledge of MLOps practices.
- Understanding of analytical languages (R, SAS, Python) and AI platforms (e.g., Dataiku).
- Excellent communication skills.
