Job Description
Exceptional Community Hospital is seeking a motivated and experienced RN or LPN to join their Medical-Surg Night Shift Team. The role focuses on providing patient care in a fast-paced emergency setting, evaluating patient conditions, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals. Exceptional Health Care values patient-centered care, a positive team culture, and professional growth.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, LPN, ADN, BSN
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a hospital setting
- Telemetry experience welcomed
- Current OK or Compact Nursing License
- Current CPR and ACLS required
- Excellent communication skills
- Good organization habits
- Ability to care for patients from adult to geriatric patients
- Excellent teaching skills
- Basic knowledge of continuous quality improvement ideology
- Basic computer skills
- EHR Documentation via EPOWERdoc
- Current RN license or LPN liscense
