Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Service Agent to join our team at the Kelowna Airport (YLW). The ideal candidate is a true customer service champion with a minimum of two years' experience in a customer-facing role. They will be responsible for creating a safe and stress-free experience for travelers as they begin and end their journeys.
Requirements
- Minimum of two years' experience in a customer-facing role
- Punctuality and reliability
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Great communication skills
- Proficiency with computers and software
- Completion or working towards completion of Travel and Tourism Diploma, Marketing or Business Diploma
