Associate Clinical Contracts & Oncology Outsourcing Director

The Associate Clinical Contracts & Oncology Outsourcing Director will be a Category Manager within the Strategic Sourcing and Procurement (SS&P) department, responsible for providing leadership and operational execution and oversight of the Clinical Services category and vendor pool.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related discipline
• Eleven years of related experience
• Strategic and operational procurement knowledge
• Experience in pharmaceutical and/or biotechnology industry(ies)
• Experience in pharmaceutical and/or biotechnology R&D outsourcing, purchasing, supplier relationship management and/or procurement role(s)
• Supervisory/management experience
• Financial processes and operations knowledge
• Contracts knowledge
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical and/or biotechnology industry regulations and financial regulations
• Negotiation, change management, and stakeholder collaboration skills
• Solid strategic thinking, analytical, negotiation, financial, problem-solving, decision-making, time management, change management, and organizational skills
• Solid interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Solid ability to focus on details and provide high-quality deliverables
• Solid ability to identify and communicate issues and risks
• Solid focus on customer service and solid ability to build and maintain relationships
• Solid ability to influence without direct authority
• Solid computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
