The Associate Clinical Contracts & Oncology Outsourcing Director will be a Category Manager within the Strategic Sourcing and Procurement (SS&P) department, responsible for providing leadership and operational execution and oversight of the Clinical Services category and vendor pool.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related discipline
- Eleven years of related experience
- Strategic and operational procurement knowledge
- Experience in pharmaceutical and/or biotechnology industry(ies)
- Experience in pharmaceutical and/or biotechnology R&D outsourcing, purchasing, supplier relationship management and/or procurement role(s)
- Supervisory/management experience
- Financial processes and operations knowledge
- Contracts knowledge
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical and/or biotechnology industry regulations and financial regulations
- Negotiation, change management, and stakeholder collaboration skills
- Solid strategic thinking, analytical, negotiation, financial, problem-solving, decision-making, time management, change management, and organizational skills
- Solid interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Solid ability to focus on details and provide high-quality deliverables
