Job Description
EXL is seeking a Digital Transformation- Project/Program Manager to lead enterprise-level projects focused on Generative AI, automation, and cloud technologies. The role involves leading complex transformation programs, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget, with a focus on stakeholder collaboration and risk mitigation. AVP/SAVP will also be responsible for strategic leadership and team management.
Requirements
- Graduate PMP/Prince certification is Mandatory
- Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience as a Project Manager
- Minimum 5 projects managed in parallel
- Experience managing at least 5 projects in a Scrum or Waterfall environment
