Job Description
Exotec is seeking a Chief Architect of Robotics to develop and maintain robotic solutions for warehouses. The role involves designing, implementing, and integrating robotics systems, ensuring quality, and fostering innovation. Exotec is a rapidly growing company with a unicorn status in France and a strong focus on the robotics revolution.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of experience in robotics or a related field
- Extensive experience with embedded software development and integration
- Minimum of 10 years of leadership experience with cross-functional technical teams
- Experience in leading large-scale projects
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop technical talent
- Experience in developing and executing technology roadmaps
- Proven ability to anticipate and adapt to technological shifts
- Strong interpersonal skills and collaboration experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- English & French skills
