Requirements
- Contributing to the creation of training content and facilitating the training of integrators.
- Responding to questions from integrators and assisting with requests.
- Counseling integrators on designing effective systems and optimizing integration costs.
- Reviewing technical offers, construction documentation, and system performance.
- Analyzing problems with integrators and collaborating to improve them.
- Maintaining systems with the latest updates.
- Analyzing root causes of problems reported by control or integrators.
- Coordinating with Exotec teams to implement solutions.
