Job Description
Exotec is a technology leader specializing in order fulfillment solutions using robotics. They are seeking an Integrator Performance Engineer to advise integrators on system designs, support their understanding of products, and contribute to training content. The role involves system monitoring, root cause analysis, and collaboration with other teams to improve performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in software engineering or mechatronics
- Fluent in English
- Fluent in Korean
- Troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of SQL and databases
- Basic networking knowledge
- Experience with Git, NodeRed, and Docker (preferred)
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Customer service orientation
- Collaborative spirit
