Exoticca is a pioneering online travel agency seeking a SEM Specialist to drive profitable growth across all Exoticca geographies by owning and evolving high-impact, data-driven search marketing programs.
Requirements
- Own execution and large-scale management of multi-country SEM campaigns across Google and Microsoft Ads
- Report and present results to internal stakeholders, explaining performance and trends while proposing actions to be taken
- Implement and optimize AI-driven bidding strategies and feed-based automation to scale campaigns efficiently
- Drive automation across campaign creation, reporting, and performance monitoring using scripts, SA360, or other platforms
- Proactively identify testing opportunities (audiences, creatives, bid strategies, campaign types), design A/B tests, and operationalize learnings
- Work closely with internal creative teams to continuously improve ad assets — copy, extensions, imagery, and video — based on performance data
- Put in place quarterly planning for SEM growth levers and define the roadmap to hit key business targets
- Partner with Google and other platform reps to stay ahead of new AI-driven features and alpha/beta programs
- Ensure alignment of SEM efforts with wider cross-functional projects: landing pages UX, feed optimization, CRM audience signals
