The role involves supporting broker operations, ensuring compliance, and providing exceptional service to clients. Requirements

• Responsible for supporting the Designated Managing Broker in the administration of eXp Realty brokerage operations
• Conducting training to enhance agent's knowledge of contract, risk management, licensing, and state real estate law
• Promptly responds to agents request for assistance
• Support the implementation of eXp Risk Management Program
• Maintain regular communication with team members and supervisors
• Adhere to company policies and guidelines
• Manage and prioritize workload effectively
• Continuously update job knowledge
• Collaborate with colleagues on shared documents and projects
• Take ownership of assigned work
• Ensure availability and responsiveness
• Experience in the real estate industry strongly preferred
