We are seeking a Senior Project Manager, Energy to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing major projects and multidisciplinary teams, ensuring client satisfaction and delivering high-quality results. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent, 5-10 years of technical experience, and 5+ years of project management experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent
• 5-10 years of technical experience
• 5+ years of project management experience
• Member in good standing of the Order of Engineers of Quebec
• Master of current codes and standards
• Knowledge of electrical command, electrical equipment, civil/structure, or building engineering in a medium and high voltage context
• Experience with Hydro-Quebec technical specifications and standards
• Leadership skills and excellent mentoring abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• French language proficiency (oral and written)
• Elementary level of English (beginner)
• Valid driver's license and car
• Ability to work under pressure, on multiple projects simultaneously
• Sense of organization, curiosity, ingenuity, attention to detail, and autonomy
