Job Description
EXP is seeking a Senior Architect/Project Manager for their Mission Critical program in Chicago, IL. The role involves overseeing design and technical teams, client interactions, and ensuring project compliance with building codes and ADA requirements. It requires balancing client expectations and project deadlines, while also leading a team of designers across multiple disciplines.
Requirements
- Bachelor or Masters Degree in Architecture
- Detailed knowledge of architectural practice
- Experience in construction administration
- Licensed Architect Required
- Proficient with AutoCAD
- Proficiency in Revit preferred
- Minimum of 15 years of experience
