The Automobile Center Director is responsible for achieving economic objectives, managing teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Experience in B-to-C sales, managerial experience, and knowledge of the automotive sector are required.
Requirements
- Experience in B-to-C sales (ideally in a similar or identical activity sector)
- Managerial experience and management of a profit center of 5 years minimum
- Knowledge and/or experience in the automotive sector or a similar sector (hardware, fast food...)
- Federation of teams and development of Human Resources
- Ability to train and listen to collaborators
- Sense of success and rigor to boost figures and reach objectives
