Transcon Agent

As a Transcon Agent, you will promote outstanding coordination capabilities while connecting with providers and ensuring timely and accurate pickup, customs clearance, and delivery of freight, to meet customer standards and requirements, while providing exceptional customer service and being a competent "go to" person for customers and colleagues.

Requirements

• Global logistics industry knowledge (preferred)
• Min 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience (preferred)
• Excellent computer skills (e.g., MS Excel, MS Word)
• Problem solving skills
• Fluent in English (preferred)
