As a Team Leader – Sales Operations Manager for the Americas region, you will lead a team of Sales Operations Specialists based in Argentina, focusing on performance management, KPI optimization, and effective communication.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the telecommunications industry and an international environment.
- Proven experience in team leadership and performance management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields (preferred).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, macros, data analysis tools).
- Strong command of Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken) for global communication.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of meeting tight deadlines under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Proactive, analytical mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Immediate or short-term availability is a plus.
