Requirements
- Solid experience in the commercial area, focusing on portfolio management and business development.
- Strong relationship skills with customers, internal areas, and portfolio management.
- Farmer and Hunter profile, capable of acting both in maintenance and prospecting, ensuring the achievement of New Money targets.
- Ability to make executive presentations and persuasive communication.
- Expertise in consultative sales, especially for complex products.
- Experience in CRM - Salesforce.
- Managing active client portfolio, focusing on long-term relationship, monetization, and loyalty;
- Identify opportunities for new business (cross-sell and upsell) from consumption, behavior, and potential analysis of the portfolio;
- Maintain the CRM (Salesforce and SenseData) updated, ensuring pipeline, forecast, and interaction history visibility;
- Develop commercial proposals and personalized presentations, leading negotiations to closure;
- Monitor financial and operational indicators of the portfolio, such as VCM, unitary average, churn, and baseline;
- Act in partnership with internal areas (Pricing, Pre-Sales, Contracts, Post-Sales, and Legal) to ensure process flow;
- Participate in weekly and monthly result meetings, presenting performance, challenges, and action plan;
- Follow SLAs and client demand status, alerting support areas when necessary;
- Perform presence and virtual visits to map opportunities and strengthen relationships;
- Contribute with ideas and best practices that elevate the standard of service and commercial performance of the channel.
