Director of Sales

The Experience Senior Living Team is seeking a Director of Sales to drive monthly company sales goals and focus on sales zone activities like client home visits and online communication. The role requires building relationships with potential residents, managing referrals, and analyzing data to optimize sales strategies. Requirements

• Experience insenior living, including assisted living and memory care environments preferred
• Bachelor's degree orequivalent experience
• Background in sales or leasing in the healthcare or senior living industry
• Creative and "out of the box" thinker
• Expertise in 'relationshipselling' and a demonstrated ability to close
• Experience with motivational interviewing techniques
• Demonstrated ability to connect and build trust with clients
• Ability to understand and manage emotions
• Experience in a customer-service-oriented setting
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Demonstrated ability to work varied schedules
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Must possess a current driver's license
