Environmental Services Associate (Housekeeper)

We are looking for a Environmental Services Associate (Housekeeper) to join our team! Responsibilities include cleaning public areas, resident’s apartments, performing laundry duties, and maintaining resident laundry areas.

Requirements

• Cleans public areas and resident’s apartments
• Performs laundry duties including washing, drying, and folding
• Maintains resident laundry areas
• Reports resident issues or changes in health or living status promptly
• Reports potentially unsafe conditions or maintenance related issues promptly to Supervisor
• Ability to work varied schedules to include weekends, evenings, and holidays
• Absence and tardiness are minimal
• Appearance is neat, clean, and according to dress code
