Vice President of Operations

We are looking for a Vice President of Operations to lead the strategic and business objectives across a designated portfolio of communities, focusing on occupancy growth, profitability, staffing, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Hospitality, or related field
• 10+ years in a senior leadership role within senior living operations
• Proved financial acumen, strategic thinking, and experience in occupancy and rate management
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with an ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams
• Familiarity with senior living regulations, best practices, and resident-centered service models
