Wellness Nurse

The Experience Senior Living Team is seeking a Wellness Nurse to provide care and support to residents in their homes. This part-time position focuses on providing direct resident care, assisting with medication management, and ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment. The role involves coordinating with the team, completing accurate documentation, and responding to emergencies.

Requirements

• Licensed Vocational Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse license(LVN/LPN preferred)
• Two (2) years’ experience in a senior living environment preferred
• Basic First Aid and CPR certification
• Effective communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Appearance conforming to company dress code
• Ability to work varied schedules
• Independent decision-making ability
