This is a full-time Pharmaceutical Country Director role at a site in New Delhi, India. The role focuses on P&L ownership, regulatory governance, team building, market entry, and stakeholder relations. The position will be based in Lagos, Nigeria, with frequent site travel to New Delhi.

Requirements

• Budget, pricing, portfolio mix, investment roadmap and capital allocation.
• NafDAC, PCN, SON licenses and compliance.
• Manufacturing, quality/regulatory, SCM, Sales/Marketing, Finance, HR teams.
• Market entry strategy, KOL, and key account management.
• Government and stake-holder relations.
• Supply reliability (S&OP, demand planning).
