Procurement Buyer (6 Months)

This Contract Procurement Buyer role focuses on sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing goods and services for events and projects. The buyer will ensure timely procurement, adherence to company policies, and quality standards. They support the events team and contribute to successful event delivery, managing purchase orders and communicating with stakeholders.

Requirements

• Issuing Purchase Orders (monthly 30-40)
• Communication skills (English)
• Basic contract management skills
• Coordination with internal and external stakeholders (Suppliers and DWTC staff)
• Basic knowledge on Excel and word
• Good communication skills (English)
• Reporting and tracker preparation
• Understanding of the event industry
