Business Analyst H/F

As a Business Analyst, you will be part of the Embedded Application System team and contribute to the organization's transformation by improving delivery, governance, and technical excellence. You will manage requirements, optimize business alignment, and integrate with ServiceNow and the IBM ALM suite.

Requirements

• Ability to collect, analyze, and formalize business needs
• Excellent communication skills to link business and technical teams
• Experience in process modeling and writing functional specifications
• Knowledge of prioritization and backlog refinement techniques
• Understanding of data analysis and reporting
• Master of requirements management tools (Jira, Confluence)
• Knowledge of the ALM IBM suite (RNG, EWM, ETM) for requirement documentation and traceability
• Domain: Data/IA, and experience with GenAI technology for technical profiles
• Tools: Python, Cloud Azure, Gitlab, Kubernetes (for tech lead only)
• English mandatory
• Certifications CBAP, PMI-PBA would be a plus
