The salary is negotiable based on experience, seniority, etc. The role is based in Portsmouth and involves shift work.

Requirements

• Experience in leading Engineering Teams to deliver complex multi-functional projects
• Strong Engineering background for the capabilities listed
• Demonstrated experience in a customer facing engineering role
• Experience working in a high quality production environment relating to mechanical assembly
• Experience working in a clean-room environment including FOD/ESD practices
