We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Director of Consulting to lead and grow our consulting practice, driving strategic initiatives and delivering exceptional client value.
Requirements
- 8-10+ years of experience in consulting (internal or external roles), with significant time spent in a leadership capacity.
- Demonstrated expertise in HR, learning, talent development, and employee listening.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams in a matrixed environment.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong executive presence and ability to engage with senior leadership teams.
- Expertise in analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent.
- Outstanding project management capabilities, with experience handling multiple complex engagements simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in Business, Organizational Psychology, HR, or related field strongly preferred.
