We're hiring Education Centre Managers and Supervisors for our Explore Learning centres in Birmingham. As a leader at Explore Learning, you'll empower your team to succeed, improve centre growth and profitability, and create a positive impact in the local community.

Requirements

• Use a variety of KPIs to diagnose centre needs and create a clear plan to achieve short and long term performance goals
• Inspire and motivate a team of tutors to succeed in their role and unlock their individual potential
• Take a proactive approach to safeguarding members and ensure centre compliance with Ofsted and company requirements
• Diagnose areas of opportunity to grow centre membership and increase profitability
• Tailor customer journeys to ensure exceptional service
