Job Description
We’re looking for an action-orientated individual who embraces new challenges and brings the confidence to support and energise their team. As a supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting your Centre Manager to help to run a thriving tuition centre.

- Support Centre Manager to inspire and motivate a team of tutors
- Take a proactive approach to safeguarding the members in your care
- Support the growth of your centre’s membership and increase profitability
- Tailor customer journeys with tailored educational recommendations
- Effective communicator, strong prioritiser, self-aware and a powerful motivator
