Health Scientist (Ph.D.)

Exponent is seeking a highly motivated Health Scientist (Ph.D.) to join our Health Sciences practice in 2026. The successful candidate will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide scientific support on projects addressing human health risks associated with environmental, occupational, consumer, and other exposures.

Requirements

• Ph.D. in Epidemiology, Toxicology, Industrial Hygiene, or Environmental Health
• Proven ability to communicate complex scientific concepts clearly and effectively
• Demonstrated success managing multiple tasks effectively with attention to detail, discretion, and sound judgment
• Commitment to professional development through scientific publication, presentations, and active participation in professional societies
• Two years of professional experience in research, consulting, or scientific project management acquired after completing a doctoral degree (preferred)
