Job Description
Exponent is seeking a Thermal Sciences Engineer with a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or similar fields to join our Thermal Sciences Practice in Atlanta, GA. In this role, you will work as part of a team to assist clients in solving challenging, interdisciplinary problems involving heat transfer, fluid mechanics, and thermodynamics.
Requirements
- Planning experimental investigations and executing laboratory tests
- Performing engineering calculations and analysis
- Authoring written reports, proposals, and presentations
- Communicating effectively with team members, managers, and clients
- Performing field inspections
