HCA

The HCA will provide personal assistance and support services for residents at Extendicare Michener Hill, a continuing care facility in Red Deer, Alberta. The role involves daily living support, communication with residents and families, and collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.

Requirements

• Health Care Aide Certification or subsequent equivalency
• Experience working within a long-term care setting (asset)
• Strong organization, time management, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within the team
• Strong communication skills in English
