Job Description
Austin Regional Clinic is seeking a Business Office Supervisor to oversee daily operations of business office staff in a busy outpatient clinic. The ideal candidate will have experience in a healthcare setting and excellent leadership skills.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Two or more years of experience working in a clinic or healthcare setting
- Supervisory or lead experience (preferred)
- Knowledge of medical insurance, collections, and appointments
- Medical terminology knowledge
- Familiarity with procedural and diagnostic coding
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to engage others and adapt response to meet others' needs
- Excellent computer and keyboarding skills
