EXUS is seeking a Head of Security to lead a security strategy for their cloud services, focusing on DevSecOps practices. This role involves collaborating with various teams to secure infrastructure, pipelines, and internal systems. Requirements
- Lead Cloud Security Strategy for Managed Services
- Lead a security team supporting cloud services, including DevSecOps engineers and cloud security architects
- Secure cloud and on-premises infrastructure, containerized workloads, and Kubernetes clusters
- Implement and monitor compliance with industry security benchmarks
- Automate auditing and evidence collection for compliance certifications
- Design and implement threat detection, prevention, and response mechanisms
- Collaborate with the IT team to secure and automate internal systems
- Establish and enforce Kubernetes security policies
- Provide security guidance to development teams
- Excellent knowledge of English language
