Intern - Trading Analyst (Jul - Dec 2026)

ExxonMobil is seeking an Intern - Trading Analyst to assist the AP Trading Analytic Team in analyzing market data, market study, and support ad hoc trading activities. The internship will provide valuable experience and contribute to the dynamic world of commodity trading.

Requirements

• Preferably in your penultimate year of study
• A degree in any Engineering field, Computational Science, Data Analytics, Statistics/Mathematics, or Business/Accounting
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills to interpret market data
• Excellent attention to details for accurate analysis
• Effective verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with team members and other trading functions
• Proficient in Excel and programming, including spreadsheet uses, data analysis using Excel and Power BI, and competent programming in Python
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and adapt to changing market conditions
