We're seeking a strategic and results-driven Loyalty & Partnerships Advisor to lead and grow our loyalty initiatives within the UK Retail Fuels business. This is an exciting opportunity to manage high-profile loyalty programmes and partnerships, and deliver innovative solutions that drive customer engagement and business growth.
Requirements
- Relevant work experience
- Proven experience in loyalty program management, marketing partnerships, or related MarCom activities
- Ability to influence without direct authority and manage multiple internal and external interfaces
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking, combined with creativity and a passion for innovation
- Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
