Requirements

• Data input & processing in payroll software
• Administration of payroll process and support the preparation of monthly payroll
• Support the preparation of monthly social security obligations and submissions of analytical periodical declarations
• Calculation of compensation package for resigned/dismissed employees
• Processing employees' time and attendance information for working hours/sick leaves/leaves/overtime hours etc.
• Handling of public authorities' tasks (Ergani platform, Sepenet, etc.)
• Handling of payroll-related inquiries, changes, and updates
• Communication with social security and labor authorities
