EY-Parthenon offers an exceptional opportunity for analysts to contribute to a Transaction Due Diligence Team. The role involves financial due diligence, purchase and sale transaction support, and providing AI-powered support to improve analysis. The training cycle and the mentorship program are crucial components of the development journey.

Requirements

• A higher degree in financial / economic studies or related
• 1-2 years of practical experience in audit and/or transaction advisory and/or due diligence processes
• Knowledge of Polish and international accounting standards
• Very good knowledge of English, both spoken and written
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (mainly Excel and PowerPoint)
• Proactivity and problem-solving skills
• Very good work organization under pressure and independence in performing tasks
• An additional asset will be the qualification as a Certified Financial Analyst (CFA), ACCA, CFA, ability to work with more advanced tools
