Job Description
As a Core Banking Business Process Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing core banking processes for our clients in the banking industry. You will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and subject matter experts to understand existing processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Process Analyst or in a similar role within the core banking or financial services industry
- Strong understanding of business process management (BPM) methodologies and tools
- In-depth knowledge of core banking processes, products, and regulations
- Experience with process automation, workflow management, or business process management systems
