Director, Indirect Tax, London

We are looking for a Director to join our London team to help drive the VAT practice forward. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in VAT advisory at a senior level, demonstrating strategic leadership and the ability to manage complex client engagements.

Requirements

• Strategic leadership to build, inspire and sustain high-performing teams
• Delivery of quality work and day to day leadership of delivery team
• Help the development of team members by supervising, coaching and mentoring staff
• Play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the team's strategic and operational direction
• Drive collaboration and integration with other service lines and teams across EY
• 8+ years’ experience in UK indirect tax advisory and experience in advising on complex cross border indirect tax projects from a large accountancy or in-house team
