EY is seeking a Consultant or Senior Consultant - Valuation Modelling and Economics to join their Valuation Modelling and Economics (VME) team within EY-Parthenon in Melbourne. This role involves advising clients on matters related to mergers and acquisitions, project finance, and corporate restructuring. The team collaborates with clients globally and utilizes cutting-edge AI-powered technology, partnering with stakeholders for strategic planning and commercial analysis. The position is hybrid, working in Naarm, Melbourne.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 2-6 years of related work experience
- Degree in finance, economics, accounting, or business with quantitative/qualitative skills
- Direct experience with valuation techniques
- Experience in financial modelling (MS Excel)
- Strong analytical, communication, organizational, interpersonal, and teaming skills
