As a (senior) consultant, you’ll be part of the EY-Parthenon Strategy & Execution team, with a focus on People Strategy. Your focus is on advising and supporting clients throughout the entire deal life cycle, providing a range of People and HR-related services on both the sell-side and buy-side.
Requirements
- Complex HR due diligence, day-one readiness, post-merger integration, carve-outs, and post-deal value creation such as strategic workforce planning, organization design, employee relations planning and execution, and culture, communication & change initiatives.
- Supporting clients in planning and implementing People and HR elements for organizational restructuring programs at both strategic and operational levels.
- Addressing People and HR-related matters through all stages of acquisition, divestiture, and merger, including pre- and post-deal.
- Writing and reviewing reports, project planning, data analysis, and developing presentation materials.
- Analyzing (financial) data and presenting high-quality, risk-managed reports, including client and executive presentations.
- Structuring and managing (international) projects that meet and exceed client expectations, while confidently and effectively recognizing and managing potential issues during client assignments.
