Job Description
As a Senior Consultant Transactions & Corporate Finance at EY-Parthenon, you will work on trailblazing projects, from reorientation and optimization of strategies to transformative deals and restructurings. You will accompany transaction-based transformations from the first strategic thought to the successful implementation, and work on national and international M&A projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, engineering, or quantitative field
- 2 years of experience in corporate finance area
- Outstanding analytical skills, critical thinking, and structured working method
- Very good MS-Office knowledge and experience with visualization tools (e.g. Power BI)
- Very good communication and negotiation skills in German and English
