Fixed Assets Advisory - Senior Consultant (m/f)

We are looking for a Senior Consultant to join our Fixed Assets - Advisory & Valuations team in our Lisbon office. EY has an established leading real estate practice: we address complex issues in fixed assets management and we advise our clients on analytical, technical, operational, data intelligence and other advisory services.

Requirements

• Support our Fixed Assets team in strategic and operational activities;
• Conduct physical inspections, assets inventory, valuations and useful life analysis;
• Assets valuation in industrial plants or utilities companies;
• Preparation of commercial presentations and support to drafting of reports;
• Maintenance plans advisory and optimization;
• Support to digital tools for data collection and statistics analysis;
• Collaborate with people across Strategy and Transactions, as well as the broader EY team to support service delivery outcomes and cross-teaming.
