Job Description
EY is seeking a Functional Consultant specializing in UKG/Kronos to join the People Consulting team. This role focuses on supporting client HR functions, aligning HR with organizational plans, and contributing to the development of workforce management processes. The position offers a chance to work globally with a leading global professional services organization, while also contributing to the growth of the PC team.
Requirements
- 4 - 6+ years of relevant experience
- 2+ years experience in Workforce management (Time management, attendance, scheduling, etc.) and Payroll consulting
- Master’s degree in HR or similar full time MBA/EMBA
- Post graduate degree or equivalent with a specialization in Human Resources
- Experience of working in a consulting environment on global client projects
- Must have experience in UKG/Kronos or Dayforce WFM products
- Demonstrated technical proficiencies in payroll; a practical/business driven approach to solving complex global Work Force Management client challenges
