Requirements
- Practical experience of 3-5 years from either a professional services or industry background where you have developed your manufacturing experience (including Lean), project and programme management from significant exposure to working within manufacturing environments
- Proven track record of eliminating manufacturing losses applying lean manufacturing excellence principles
- Understanding modern digital manufacturing systems and technology standards in a typical factory and experience of leading digital technologies such as: Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES); Connected Workforce Platform (CWP); Condition Monitoring Systems (CMS); Machine Vision Systems (MVS); Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), Control Tower (CT)
- Delivered transformational program(s) or tech-enabled program(s) in a previous role and understand all the commercials and governance activities to successfully deliver for the client
- Experience of identifying and successfully selling opportunities while delivering manufacturing programs
