Manager - Tax - Private Tax - Montreal

We are looking for a Tax Manager to join our Private Tax practice in Montreal. As a Tax Manager, you will be responsible for recommending and implementing tax strategies, corresponding with legal counsel and tax authorities, and reviewing personal, corporate and trust tax returns. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of relevant tax experience, a Canadian CPA designation, and excellent communication skills.

Requirements

• An undergraduate or graduate degree in accounting and/or other appropriate academic major
• 5+ years of relevant tax experience or equivalent experience in business or industry
• Possess a Canadian CPA designation
• Completed the CPA In-Depth Tax Courses (or equivalent) (Good to have)
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrate ability to work as part of a team
• Possess organization and time management skills
