The employee is expected to work on end to end Supply Chain quantitative and qualitative assessments for our clients globally.
Requirements
- MBA (Supply Chain/ Operations) from Tier-1 institutes
- 1-2 years of relevant business/consulting experience doing quantitative assessments
- Experience in designing, building and delivering bespoke solutions across the value chain
- Well-honed domain skills in Demand & Supply planning, Inventory Management, Procurement and Logistics
- Understanding of supply chain business metrics, key drivers
- Experience in conducting maturity model assessments, benchmarking and creating blueprints for performance/process improvement
- Ability to prepare and deliver presentations for client and management
- Experience in a consulting firm and global exposure is desirable
- Effective communication skills and experience in customer facing role is required
- Experience with analytical tools – SQL, MS Access, Alteryx
- Ability to work independently, self-motivated and highly focused individual
