Looking for Consultants, Senior consultants for Supply Chain & Operations team in Business Consulting service line for EY Global delivery services. The employee is expected to work on Machine Learning and Optimization models related to Supply Chain.
Requirements
- Bachelor/Master’s degree in engineering from Tier-1 institutes
- 4-8 years of analytics experience developing ML and Optimization models
- Experience in designing, building, and delivering bespoke solutions across the value chain
- Functional knowledge of Supply Chain Functions such as Planning, Inventory Management, Procurement, Manufacturing and Logistics
- Understanding of supply chain business metrics, key drivers
- Experience in communicating inferences and insights through effective use of visualization tools to stakeholders
- Entrepreneurial mindset, design thinking, a passion for problem solving and innovative use of modelling methodologies
- Ability to prepare and deliver presentations for client and management
- Experience in a consulting firm and global exposure
- Effective communication skills and experience in customer facing role
- Experience In – Python/R, SQL, Visualization - Power BI/Tableau
- Experience in building simple user interface is good to have, either Python based or Java Based
- Experience in working with big data
- Ability to work independently, self-motivated and highly focused individual
